Livestock feeds belonging to List of feeds by Ministry of agriculture and rural development stated in Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated 5 Feb 2010 of Government, Circular 50/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated 24 Dec 2014 by Ministry of agriculture and rural development without VAT-liable goods from 01 Jan 2015
